You can download "Spot Network" in the app store of your favorite device. AppleTV, Roku, Amazon Fire, Google Play, AndroidTV, on most SmartTVs through their app store or we suggest you download the Roku app onto your Smartv.

Spot Network is a free platform, but there are options for Pay Per View or subscription based services through third party content providers. If there are issues with your billing we suggest that you contact them directly.

Instructions to Unsubscribe a Package

All the platforms do not communicate with themselves, you will need to go back to the specific platform where the purchase was made - see below for the instructions for each platform

Apple

Open the App Store app.

Click the sign-in button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar.

Click View Information at the top of the window. ...

On the page that appears, scroll until you see Subscriptions, then click Manage.

Click Edit next to the subscription that you want.

Android

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.

Check to make sure you're signed in to the correct Google Account.

Tap Menu > Subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

Tap Cancel subscription. Follow the instructions provided.

Roku

Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone. If prompted, sign into your Roku account. ...

Scroll down and select Manage your subscriptions. Locate the channel under Active Subscriptions and select Cancel subscription.

Select a cancelation reason to complete the process.

Web

On your Computer, go to https://watch.spotnetwork.tv

Check to make sure you're signed in

Click on your name on the upper right side On the drop down, click MY ACCOUNT

Under My Purchases Click Unsubscribe under the preferred package you want to unsubscribe
